When you order online at www.foxylotsjewellery.co.uk you have a choice of having your order delivered to you at home or work, or you can collect it in-store at Foxy Lots Jewellery & Gift Store in Melton Mowbray, Leicester.

Shipping & Delivery Costs

UK

We offer free delivery on orders over £30.00 to all areas of Mainland UK including Northern Ireland and Isle of Man. For sales under £30.00 we charge £4.50 for 1st Class Royal Mail delivery.

Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery on orders over £5.00 to LE13 LE14 & LE15 postcodes. For sales under £5.00 we charge £4.50 for 1st Class Royal Mail delivery.

Europe & Worldwide

We charge £25 for delivery on items being shipped outside of the UK. If you have any questions regarding delivery outside the UK please contact us on 01664 569638. Alternatively you can send us an e-mail via our contact page on the website and we will advise you accordingly.

Shipping & Delivery Details

UK

We aim to dispatch your orders on the same day provided that you ordered before 4:00 pm. If you place your order after 4:00pm it will be dispatched the next working day (Excluding Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays). Therefore, orders placed after 4pm on a Thursday will be dispatched on Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 4pm will be dispatched on the following Monday. If for any reason this cannot be achieved we will notify you as soon as possible and will be given the option to cancel your order with full refund.

We use Royal Mail dependent on the weight of your purchase. (Royal Mail upto 6kg weight).

Orders over £100.00 will be sent using the Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class delivery service. Orders under £100.00 will be sent using the Royal Mail 1st Class service.

We cannot be held liable for delays in delivery due to third party.

If your goods cannot be delivered for any reason and returned to us, the cost of the goods will be refunded in full less a £9.99 charged to cover packing and administration costs.

If it becomes apparent that your order has been lost in the post, we will re-send your order at no cost to you after confirming the loss with Royal Mail. Please do allow up to four weeks for Royal Mail to confirm the loss for UK orders and 2 months for order outside the UK.

Shipping & Delivery Times

UK

Royal Mail's 1st Class delivery service can take anywhere from one to three days for items to be delivered.

Royal Mail aim to deliver items the next working day sent via the Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class service. A signature may be required for Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class orders.

Free Click & Collect Service

Our click & collect service offers all the benefits of shopping online with the added convenience of picking your order up at a time that suits you. You can collect your order between 10:00 - 15:00 Monday to Saturday.

Our shop is open Monday to Saturday 9.30 to 17.30 and Sunday 10.30 to 15.30.
