Changed your mind?
We hope you are happy with your purchase but if for any reason you have changed your mind you have 30 working days from the date you recieve the goods to return unwanted items for a full refund.
Simply notify us by phone on 01664 569638 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 working days of receiving the goods to find out if you are eligable for a return as we are not able to accept returns on products such as earrings, toiletries and similar items due to health and safety reasons.

Sending items back
We suggest that you return any unwanted items back to us using Royal Mail's https://www.royalmail.com/sending/uk 'Signed For', 'Tracked' or 'Guaranteed' delivery service. To avoid going to the post office, you can use Royal Mail's Click & Drop service https://send.royalmail.com/ to send an item or arrange a collection for an item from your door.
When will I be refunded?
Refunds are normally processed a 1 week after we have recieved the items on your original method of payment.
Got a faulty item?
Faulty good, please contact us by phone on 01664 567638 so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Can items purchased online be returned to store?
Yes items purchased online can be returned in store. Items will need to be returned in their original packaging along with the original receipt.
