Changed your mind?

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if for any reason you have changed your mind you have 30 working days from the date you recieve the goods to return unwanted items for a full refund.

Returns process

Simply notify us by phone on 01664 569638 or by email at info@foxylotsjewellery.co.uk within 30 working days of receiving the goods to find out if you are eligable for a return as we are not able to accept returns on products such as earrings, toiletries and similar items due to health and safety reasons.

Where & how do I return my items?

Items must be sent back in their original packaging and condition at the customer's expense along with the original receipt to:

Sending items back

We suggest that you return any unwanted items back to us using Royal Mail's https://www.royalmail.com/sending/uk 'Signed For', 'Tracked' or 'Guaranteed' delivery service. To avoid going to the post office, you can use Royal Mail's Click & Drop service https://send.royalmail.com/ to send an item or arrange a collection for an item from your door.

When will I be refunded?

Refunds are normally processed a 1 week after we have recieved the items on your original method of payment.

Got a faulty item?

Please inform us within 30 days.

Faulty goods, please contact us by phone or info@foxylotsjewellery.co.uk email so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Broken in transit

Please inform us within 30 days.

If your item(s) are damaged in transit, please contact us by phone or info@foxylotsjewellery.co.uk email to put a claim in for a replacement or refund.

Item(s) not arrived?

Please inform us within 30 days.

Orders are dispatched 1st Class with Royal Mail and can take anywhere from 1 - 3 working days for your order to arrive. If your order has not arrived the first point of call would be to check to see if your parcel has been delivered to a neighbour or placed in a safe place. If after 10 working days days your order has not arrived, please contact us by phone or info@foxylotsjewellery.co.uk email for a replacement or refund.

Can items purchased online be returned to store?

Yes items purchased online can be returned in store. Items will need to be returned in their original packaging along with the original receipt.
